Hamptons Health is a private preventive health care service provider. All services are professional and performed by licensed and insured certified therapists. Body work is offered by certified professionals and online and in person breath work is offered by facilitators who are skilled, experienced and live to offer breathing practice.

Payment & Fees

Payment is due at time of booking through our online secure payment system.
Service fees listed at time of booking is the amount you will be charged.
Gratuity is not included in the service and are appreciated in cash upon completion of the services offered.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Cancellations made before 24 hours of your appointment time will be reserved to reschedule within 4 weeks of your appointment.

Cancellations made before 6 hours of your appointment time on the same day will be refunded in half.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

Therapists retains the right to terminate a service at any time for inappropriate conduct from the client. This includes but is not limited to inappropriate touching, vulgar language, harassment or intoxication on the part of the client. If a service is terminated, no refund will be paid to the client.

Mental & Medical Waiver & Disclaimer

Hamptons Health provides private preventive healthcare services in the form of bodywork (touch, massage and breathing) and health coaching by nutrition for longevity. Client agrees to provide any known mental/medical condition that might be effected by bodywork practices. It is the responsibility of the client to disclose any mental and medical conditions to Hamptons Health before the start of the preventive health services. Mental conditions include, but are not limited to anxiety, stress, depression and addictions. Medical conditions include, but are not limited to: heart conditions, stroke, diabetes, skin condition and cancers. Hamptons Health cannot diagnose any medical conditions or provide referral for mental and/or medical treatments or tests.


Client agrees to indemnify and hold Hamptons Health harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to, or arising out of, use of any person or facility provided by Hamptons Health.

Liability Cap

Except where prohibited by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Hamptons Health,  it’s affiliates, agents and their respective offices, directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, representatives and agents to you for all claims arising from or relating to this agreement, or your use of the services including without limitation, your interaction with any certified body worker, (touch- , Massage- or breath work) therapist (s), facilitator or other customer (s), any cause of action sounding in contract, tort or strict liability will not exceed the greater of: (A) the total amount received by Soften from you during the six-month period prior to the act, omission or occurrence giving rise to such liability, or (B) € 100,-


Any information received from clients shall be deemed strictly personal and confidential and the certified therapist and Hamptons Health agrees it shall not divulge any information received from client to any person or entity without such clients written consent where applicable by aggregate law.
